Thursday, 1/1/59 ad, for ABC's coverage of The Tournament of Roses Parade and Rose Bowl Preview, sponsored by Quaker Oats. Ronald Reagan and Audrey Meadows hosted with commentary by Mel Allen. The program was also carried by WXYZ-TV, Channel 7 in Detroit.

Saturday, 1/2/59 ad, for a Boston Bruins vs. Detroit Red Wings NHL game.

Wednesday, 1/7/59 ad, for The Timex All-Star Jazz Show, on CBS. Jackie Gleason hosted with appearances by Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Dizzie Gillespie, and others.

Sunday, 1/18/59 ad, for Eye On Toledo (See March of Dimes Doll Display...)

Monday, 1/12/59 ad, for "Adventures in Music" on NBC's Bell Telephone Hour, with Harry Belefonte, Maurice Evans, and Renata Tebaldi. The program was live and in color on WWJ-TV, Channel 4.
