Part of a Thursday, 4/10/58 "On The Beam" column by Ray Oviatt, "TV, Radio Schedule Ball Games." Tigers games were televised by WSPD-TV, Channel 13 and on Detroit's WJBK-TV, Channel 2. Indians games were on Cleveland's WEWS-TV, Channel 5. WTOD-AM had radio coverage of The Tigers daytime games and WJR-AM had both daytime and night games. WTOL-AM had coverage of Indians games WIMA-AM in Lima had Reds games.
