Included were pictures of radio stars Freeman Gosden, Margaret Daum, Robert Taylor, Helen Hayes, and Fred Allen. There's one addition to the Channel 13 gallery, a Monday, 10/25/48 ad, in the Peach Section, for a special television broadcast of President Harry S. Truman on WSPD-TV, who was also appearing in person at the Civic Auditorium in Toledo. There are seven additions to the Radio Station Ads gallery, starting with a Sunday, 10/10/48 ad, in the Feature Section, for Amos 'n' Andy on WJR-AM. Next is another 10/10/48 ad, also in the Feature Section, for Mary Martin, Peter Lawford, and John Conte in "Music in the Air" on Theatre Guild on the Air, sponsored by United States Steel. There's also a Monday, 10/11/48 ad for a political ad on WTOL-AM (Listen to Senator Taft Speak For Dewey-Warren), followed by a Monday, 10/25/48 ad, in the Peach Section, for Children of Divorce, featuring Toledo Judge Paul W. Alexander, a presntation of Mutual Broadcasting, on CKLW-AM. Next is a Tuesday, 10/26/48 ad, another political ad on WTOL-AM (Frank J. Lausche, candidate for governor), followed by a Wednesday, 10/27/48 ad, in the Peach Section, for Duffy's Tavern on WSPD. And there's a Saturday, 10/30/48 ad, also in the Peach Section, for one more political ad (Hear Frazier Reams speak for Joel S, Rhinefort, Lucas County Prosecutor.
