I added twelve more ads today from April 1981, plus three more Random Pages gallery additions, from Peach Sections of The Blade. There's a Tuesday, 4/21/81 item, “Closed-Captioned Programming Avaialable on Channel 30” and a Tuesday, 4/28/81 item, by Norman Dresser, about WGTE-FM celebrating its first five years as a public radio station. There's also a Thursday, 4/30/81 story, also by Dresser, “WJR Drops Haas And Whorf Programs” and also includes another “About People, Events In Broadcasting World.” There are two additions to the Channel 11 gallery, a Monday, 4/13/81 ad, another one for The Richard Simmons Show, and a Saturday, 4/25/81 ad for “No Way to Treat a Lady” on In the Balcony at the Bijou. There's another one in the Channel 11 News gallery, a Saturday, 4/18/81 ad for Jack Mitchell, doing the weather on weekend editions of The Toledo Eleven News. There are two additions to the Channel 13 gallery for 13 Nightly News, a Tuesday, 4/28/81 ad for “Contact 13” with Jim Rudes, and a Wednesday, 4/29/81 ad for Jim Mengel's “Regional Unit.” There are three additions to the PBS gallery, all for WGTE-TV, channel 30, two of them for The Great Channel 30 Buy-In, a Friday, 4/10/81 ad (Next to Last Night) and a Saturday, 4/11/81 ad (Last Super, Sensational, Spectacular Day). There's also a Tuesday, 4/21/81 ad, announcing their new antenna and asking viewers to let them know if it made a difference in their reception quality. There are two additions to the Radio Station Ads gallery, both for WTOD. There's a Thursday, 4/23/81 ad for The Country Music Awards Preview, and a Thursday, 4/30/81 ad for the second annual Hickory Creek Reunion.
