June 19, 2017: Bedford vs. Whitmer

There are eight more ads today, from the December 18-24, 1999 issue of TV Guide Magazine and from December 19-21 & 24, 1999 editions of The Blade. There's one addition, from TV Guide, to the ABC gallery, a Saturday, 12/18/99 ad for The Wendy's Three-Tour Challenge (See nine of the world's best golfers tee off for a very special cause.) I scanned the entire page which also includes all the 4:00 pm listings. Also airing at that time was a Louisville vs. Kentucky basketball game on CBS, Skiing on NBC and a San Fransisco vs. Carolina NFL game on Fox. There's also one addition, from TV Guide, to the FOX gallery, a full-page ad for The TV Guide Awards, airing in March 2000. There are four additions, from The Blade, to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, starting with a Monday, 12/20/99 ad, in the Peach Section, for The Mary Tyler Moore Show Marathon on Nick-at-Nite. Next is a Tuesday, 12/21/99 ad, in the Sports Section, for a Bedford vs. Whitmer High School Basketball game on the Community Channel. There's also a 12/21/99 Peach Section ad, for Radio City: The Story Behind the Showplace, on AMC, followed by a Friday, 12/24/99 ad, in the Peach Section, for The Battlestar Gallactica Chain Reaction Marathon (Dirk Benedict, Richard Hatch, Lorne Greene, Maren Jensen). on the Sci-Fi Channel. Today's last two ads are additions, from The Blade, to the Other Vintage ads gallery, a Sunday, 12/21/99 ad, in the Sports Section, for Super Sports Sunday at Ralphie's, followed by a Friday, 12/24/99 "Newspaper in Education" ad (Teachers--There's One Textbook That's Never Out Of Date!). More ads, from the December 25-31, 1999 issue of TV Guide Magazine, and from the online archives of The Toledo Blade, are on the way...
